Brummell is delighted to announce its Winter 2021 issue, dedicated to philanthropy and the spirit of giving to help make the planet a better place

In this issue, we take a look at how a clutch of luxury brands are reaching out in philanthropic partnerships with various initiatives; giving back to disadvantaged people, to society, to the environment, to the animal kingdom, to arts and culture and science.

We also embark on an intrepid road trip on the perilous ice roads of the frozen Baltic Sea, and closer to home we get cosy exploring the city’s hottest jazz spots, from big band to the blues, and trace the appetite for good, honest modern Italian food at an abundance of new venues.

With Christmas approaching, we explore simple gold jewellery pieces that can be worn day through night, which make thoughtful gifts for a loved one. And in horology, we check out the watch world’s newest faces and wind up a brace of new brand ambassadors.

Tag Heuer’s new friend of the brand, Hollywood hero Ryan Gosling, chats about riding motorbikes, seeking out acting roles that scare him, and time-management. Meanwhile, at Longines, the stylish British actor Regé-Jean Page, known to viewers of Netflix’s Regency-period drama Bridgerton as the Duke of Hastings, has joined the brand as its newest ‘ambassador of elegance’.

We hope you enjoy the issue.
