The rise of London restaurants brewing their own booze is adding another artisanal twist to the capital’s dining scene.
Soho’s 10 Greek Street (10greekstreet.com) has just announced plans for an on-site brewery, and Canova Hall (canovahall.com) in Brixton is set to open its in-house gin distillery.
They follow Fera at Claridge’s (feraatclaridges.co.uk), which has been creating its small-batch gin since last year, and barbecue restaurant Pitt Cue, which has its own brewery Alphabeta (alphabetabrewery.com) in Devonshire Square.
