The king of cashmere has launched Feelosophy, an immersive shopping experience in London’s most famous department store. Here’s why it’s worth a journey to Knightsbridge
Italian luxury house Brunello Cucinelli has chosen Harrods to unveil its visionary festive dream. Visitors are invited to embark on a mythical journey brought to life across 21 windows and temporary pop-ups.
The pop-ups’ narrative follows the adventures of Philo, a gentle griffin and guardian of Solomeo, the Umbrian hamlet where the company is based. This legendary creature, featured on Solomeo’s coat of arms, brings the village’s serene spirit to London – championing ideals of knowledge and kindness. And the project’s name, “Feelosophy”, reflects the humanistic ethos at the core of the family-run luxury house.
A curated selection of exclusive pieces will also be presented in the two Brunello Cucinelli boutiques inside Harrods – think elevated partywear in the brand’s signature muted palette. Womenswear will include a dazzling double-breasted blazer with croc embroidery and matching trousers, showcasing the intricate interlacing of mohair, silk and linen. For men, a wool-and-cashmere deconstructed blazer is paired with a coordinating waistcoat and tailored trousers featuring double pleats and waist tabs.
If you’re looking to elevate your festive wardrobe, this is the perfect place to begin.
