As the only gallery-presented art fair dedicated to modern craft and design, Collect provides an opportunity to discover and invest in exceptional work produced in the last five years by living artists – the majority of which is made exclusively for the fair.
Presented by the Crafts Council and occupying the whole of the Saatchi Gallery for four days, 45 galleries have been selected by an independent panel of experts, selling the work of over 400 globally celebrated artists from more than 30 countries.

Many UK and international galleries are exhibiting for the first time this year, such as Todd Merrill from the USA, Galerie Kuzebauch from the Czech Republic to the China Design Centre based in the UK. What’s more, alongside the galleries, Collect Open returns, providing a platform for 15 individual artists to show conceptual craft-led installations.
‘Collect showcases remarkable work by living, multi-disciplinary artists… The growing recognition of how craft is the foundation for providing the skill and intellectual rigour behind new and contemporary work is to be celebrated,’ says new Collect fair director Isobel Dennis, who brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked most recently with The Design Museum.
A programme of talks will also be running throughout Collect, with a headline talk featuring Loewe Craft Prize 2018 winner, Jennifer Lee in conversation with V&A Museum Director of Collections, Antonia Boström on Saturday 2 March.
