The rise of London restaurants brewing their own booze is adding another artisanal twist to the capital’s dining scene.
Soho’s 10 Greek Street (10greekstreet.com) has just announced plans for an on-site brewery, and Canova Hall (canovahall.com) in Brixton is set to open its in-house gin distillery.
