Making scents: Acqua Di Parma and Emilio Pucci

The Italian luxury brands are coming together for Save The Children’s Rewrite the Future project

Two Italian heritage luxury brands, Acqua Di Parma and Emilio Pucci, have combined forces to support Save the Children’s ‘Rewrite the Future’ project. Sharing similar values of traditional craftsmanship, a passion for beauty and joie de vivre, together they make a strong union to help the international organisation that has been working for a century to save and support children at risk, guaranteeing their future against vast challenges that include difficult social conditions and a lack of educational opportunities.

The collaboration between the two brands melds the joyful style of Pucci’s colourful prints and designs with the elegant and sensual products of Acqua di Parma, resulting in The Vortici print, a reinterpretation of an archival theme from Emilio Pucci. Majoring in Parma yellow, inspired by Italian sunshine, it’s a dynamic swirling of positivity, evoking aspects of Italian beauty, from sophisticated urban architecture to verdant floral gardens and the splendour of the Mediterranean coast.

The Holiday Season collection, dressed in the dreamy print, includes gift sets of Acqua di Parma’s rich and vibrant lifestyle products, such as colognes, luxurious bath fragrances and candles. Available now, these make for stylish giving and in so doing, giving back to a very worthy cause.

‘Careful attention to training is part of the company’s DNA,’ says Laura Burdese, chairman and CEO of Acqua di Parma. ‘We’ve always dedicated the greatest of care to the transfer of traditional craft know-how to future generations. We’re therefore aware of the fundamental role played by education in protecting everything we love about our country,’ she adds. ‘Holiday Season, which we’ve proudly created along with Emilio Pucci, is a symbol of our commitment, a gift to the new and future generations and a message of positivity and confidence.’
