The Sea, The Sea has condensed its 12-course seafood menu down to a list of eight from September

Hackney’s 14-seat dining space The Sea, The Sea (the chef ’s table concept for Chelsea’s fishmonger of the same name) has condensed its 12-course seafood menu down to a list of eight from September, and the price per head has also been reduced by a third. The aim here is to allow more epicureans to be able pull up a seat at the counter and be wowed by the creativity of executive chef Leandro Carreira, an alumnus of Nuno Mendes’ restaurant Viajante.

The Chefs Table experience is now £95pp, and runs every Wednesday-Saturday at 7.30pm; theseathesea.net
