To have and have knot: Turnbull & Asser

Turnbull & Asser’s AW17 collection includes art deco ties and hydrophobic cashmere gloves

Not many fashion companies count leaders of states, film stars and artists as clients, but Turnbull & Asser has welcomed Pablo Picasso, President Ronald Regan, the Beatles and Sean Connery through its Jermyn Street doors.

For AW 2017, the brand has been inspired by the Art Deco period for its neckties, with a small selection made in shirt cloths, to create the ‘hidden-tie’ look.

Scarves come in lightweight silk and wool jacquard options, while cashmere-lined gloves are made from a revolutionary hydrophobic wool.
