Tissot’s PR 100 Tour de France edition combines precision with performance

To celebrate its continuing partnership with the Tour de France, Tissot has released a new timepiece inspired by the road and built for the rider

Tissot celebrates its enduring partnership with the world’s most prestigious cycling race through the launch of the PR 100 Tour de France Special Edition. A timepiece as resilient and refined as the athletes it honours.

Crafted from robust 316L stainless steel, this reimagined classic reflects the grit and grandeur of the Grand Tour, with design details that echo the road beneath the wheels.

The asphalt-textured black dial sets the stage for a bold yellow second hand, which is amusingly shaped like a bicycle and nods to the signature colours of the Tour. A G10.212 quartz chronograph powers the watch with pinpoint accuracy, while water resistance up to 100 metres and Super-LumiNova-coated hands ensure durability and legibility in all conditions.

Tissot PR 100 Tour De France, £415

Engraved with the Tour de France logo on the caseback, the PR 100 is more than a commemorative piece, it’s a tribute to the physical and psychological extremes of elite cycling. Tissot’s latest campaign, told in four parts; Fall, Rise, Repeat, Ride Your Red Zone, captures the relentless spirit of the sport. For Tissot, official timekeeper since the 1980s, this isn’t just about measuring time, it’s about precision, performance and surpassing oneself.
