Head piemaker Nokx Majozi brings her culinary flair to the Scottish Highlands for the Glorious Twelfth
This August, Linn House invites you to the Highlands to celebrate the “Glorious Twelfth” with a five-course seasonal menu from the legendary piemaker, Nokx Majozi.
As enthusiasts flock to the moorlands of northern Scotland for the beginning of game season, starting on 12 August, the Victorian manor pays tribute to the tradition’s unique heritage. Holborn Dining Room’s head piemaker, Nokx Majozi, has been enlisted to curate a seasonal menu offering locally sourced game and classic British pies, reimagined with her own modern twist.

Diners also get to enjoy the Chivas Brothers’ esteemed Scotch and renowned cocktails, accompanied by live Scottish entertainment – offering a truly distinctive tasting experience that balances craft and flavour.
The five-day residency is the third edition of the luxury retreat’s exclusive Supper Series, an unforgettable dining adventure that brings together the very best in food and whisky.
“The Glorious Twelfth with Nokx Majozi” runs from Wednesday 13 August to Sunday 17 August and ends with a special event dedicated to the heart of British cuisine, the Sunday roast.
