The bee’s knees: Black Bee Honey

Each batch of premium, single-origin, raw honey from Black Bee Honey is completely unique

New London-based Black Bee Honey is creating a buzz with its delicious single-origin fare. Company co-founders Chris Barnes and Paul Webb work collaboratively with bee farms in London and Exmoor to collect premium raw honey that is coarse-filtered to remove impurities.

No heating, blending or processing means that the flavour and goodness isn’t compromised, and each local batch is a one-off, with a unique taste, colour and consistency.
