Claridge’s adds ArtSpace Café to its selection of dining spaces
Legendary hotel Claridge’s has added an informal eatery to its selection of charming dining spaces. ArtSpace Café is a wonderful spot to stir the creative juices and enjoy a version of the hotel’s signature crêpes, now also designed to go. Purists can tuck in with lemon and sugar but, if you’re feeling adventurous, you can opt for Claridge’s famous Seafood Cocktail, now presented as a pancake filling packed with lobster, crab meat and quail’s egg laced with Marie Rose sauce and topped with caviar. At the pâtisserie counter, there are delicate cakes and desserts, with fun touches that include Claridge’s Crest Cake – a chocolatey replica of the hotel’s historical coat of arms. The café also houses the entry to ArtSpace, the hotel’s gallery with rotating free exhibitions.
