For a bit of unwinding before a show, you can now head to Mayfair hotel Brown’s, where restaurant Beck at Brown’s has collaborated with single-batch tea specialist Lalani & Co to launch AperiTEAvo. The new three-course set menu celebrates Britain’s love for a tea by pairing fine varieties or tea-infused cocktails with indulgent light bites. Try rock oysters paired with a tea-infused Side Car and tacos with apple and smoked duck paired with an Oolong Old Fashioned, all in a freshly redesigned (and expectedly elegant) setting.
