Introducing Aston Martin’s muscular super grand tourer with a super light carbon fibre body DBS Superleggera
The evocatively named flagship Aston Martin threw off the covers to reveal a very muscular super grand tourer, the DBS Superleggera. Mighty performance figures – 3.4 seconds to 62mph and a top speed of 211mph – give it true continent-crushing kudos. It’s the big Aston, but over 80 per cent of the body panels are carbon fibre, going some way to justifying the super light (Superleggera in Italian) label. This will be the company’s top dog until the Adrian Newey-engineered Valkyrie comes to try and slay all next year.
