Omega adds to its elegant women’s line with a trio of timepieces on Moonshine gold mesh bracelets

Last month Omega expanded its elegant De Ville Trésor family with two chic new sizes and a whole host of colourful dials. Now it is following up with the addition of a trio of models on a striking mesh bracelet crafted from 18ct Moonshine gold.

These 36mm timepieces feature cases made entirely from this precious material, first introduced into the watchmaker’s collections last year. This alloy offers a unique and alluring hue, paler than that of traditional yellow gold, while other special qualities include resistance to the fading of colour and lustre over time.

The most notable feature of these latest watches is the mesh bracelet, the first time this has been incorporated into the De Ville Trésor line. Lending a classic, timeless look, they are constructed in a silk-like pattern that flows fluidly and comfortably around the wrist.

Three variations dial up the glamour in different ways. A white-dialled model with embossed Roman numerals in Moonshine gold offers pared-back sophistication, while those looking for a dressier look might opt for the more unusual gold dial. For full-out luxe, the trio is completed with a timepiece featuring a 18ct white-gold rhodium-plated dial, fully paved with a snow setting of 768 single-cut diamonds.

The watches all bear the subtle hallmarks of the De Ville Trésor, a testament to Omega’s attention to detail. These include the 38 full-cut diamonds that snake their way around the curves of the case, complemented by the full-cut diamond on the crown, which is engraved with an Omega flower motif. The final finishing touch comes on the caseback, embellished with the line’s signature, geometric floral design.
