Caviar is an epicurean treat seeped in tradition, and now, Hadid Caviar, the latest project of property developer Mohamed Hadid, is combining this long heritage with innovation to produce four of the world’s most exquisite caviars including Black Imperial, and Sultan’s Almas. Each caviar is sourced in compliance with Cites to ensure its sustainability.
Sturgeon are raised in an environment carefully designed to replicate their natural habitat and eggs are only extracted from fish at the peak possible moment, determined by an ultrasound. Five per cent of all profits will also be donated to amfAR, the foundation for Aids research.
