Belstaff draws on its strong connection with the motoring world for its 2018 capsule collection with McLaren Automotive

Since it was established in 1924 as a manufacturer of waxed-cotton waterproof jackets, Belstaff has always had an affinity with motoring. For 2018, it has collaborated with McLaren Automotive on an innovative capsule collection incorporating 10 men’s pieces – including a field jacket and driving jacket – and three pieces for women. Ergonomic seam lines and stretch fabrics allow a full range of movement behind the wheel and beyond, with design details such as mesh ventilation systems, laser-cut pivot armholes and padded shoulders for seatbelt comfort.
