Bell & Ross’s distinctive square-shaped design gets a sophisticated makeover in its latest timepiece

Few watches are as instantly recognisable as Bell & Ross’s signature round-in-a-square silhouette. These basic geometric shapes come together in perfect harmony to create a clean, contemporary design that looks every bit as modern today as when it was first introduced 15 years ago.

The BR 05 collection gives a sophisticated, urban spin to this look, enhanced further by the latest addition to the family in handsome rose gold. The case of the watch is made all the more striking with the contrast against the dial, rendered in an intense blue. The polished look is carried through with minimalist detailing, from the pared-back indices to the simple and understated date indication at 3 o’clock.

The BR 05 Blue Gold is presented on a matching rose-gold bracelet, with an aesthetic that recalls some of the classic sports-chic watches from the 1980s.

The bracelet has been carefully constructed to be hyper flexible, curving comfortably around the natural contours of the wrist. Meanwhile, it also comes with the option of ribbed blue rubber strap, lending the timepiece a more casual edge. It is powered by the reliable and precise BR-CAL.321 automatic movement, viewable through the sapphire-crystal caseback.
