If you ever wanted to get into meditation and thought being in self-isolation might be the best time to do it, this is the perfect way to get started.
This Sunday 29 March, the self-help guru Deepak Chopra is leading a free global live-streamed meditation in collaboration with New York wellness-focused members’ club, The Well. Chopra is the founder of The Chopra Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation that researches wellbeing and humanitarianism. Chopra is also a best-selling author and meditation teacher.
Everyone around the world is invited to join Chopra and connect to thousands of others as he guides them in a meditation to encourage everyone to ‘stay home and have hope’.
The meditation will take place at 5pm UK time and participants can sign up for free here.
