Ulysse Nardin adds two dazzling diamond models to its Skeleton X collection
When Ulysse Nardin introduced the Skeleton X in 2019, it presented a bold, geometric new take on a traditional openworked dial. Its clean, angular lines form a rectangular silhouette at the centre, cut through with the signature ‘X’ motif at its heart. This year, the daring looks get an upgrade with the addition of two new models, each adorned with 149 diamonds across both the bezel and dial.
The carefully considered open structure allows for an unobscured view of the in-house UN-371 calibre from both sides. This piece of haute horlogerie incorporates many of the manufacture’s innovations to ensure the highest levels of precision and reliability. This includes the extra-wide, superlight silicon balance wheel, featuring nickel flyweights and stabilising micro-blades.
It comes in a chic all-white model in titanium, with mother-of-pearl decoration on the barrel, and presented on a matching alligator strap. Meanwhile, a second version offers a stark contrast, pairing pink gold with black PVD, and fitted with a black strap.
