Michelin-starred restaurant The Ninth is launching a Christmas Day Box. Curated by chef-patron Jun Tanaka, this will deliver to you, and five lucky guests, the gift of a show-stopping Christmas dinner. Choose from turkey or beef (all meat arrives prepped and marinaded, ready to cook, with rubs and brines also already done for you) with all the trimmings.
You and your guests will also enjoy wine pairings and traditional sweet treats such as mince pies and Christmas pudding. Tanaka has also created a special tutorial video to ensure sauces and glazes find their way to the right sides, and gold star food presentation is achieved.
