EcoWorld Ballymore’s new development, Wardian London, creates a green sanctuary for current and prospective residents of Canary Wharf

Giving residents the tools to engage in a healthier living environment, Wardian London adjacent to Canary Wharf is a beautiful sanctuary fusing modern architecture and innovative landscaping: an important step towards a greener life

Rooftop club

The rooftop club comprises an eclectic lounge offering a comfortable and stylish environment in which to relax, including a garden with stunning views and a dining area decorated in warm neutral metals and woods, with studded walls and louvered windows. This all surrounds a Wardian case containing an exotic indoor garden.

Balcony gardens

Every apartment comes with an individual, private garden adorning its wraparound balcony with greenery, offering an expansive verdant outdoor space, so rarely found in such a central setting.

Interiors

The apartment interiors are replete with the organic patterns of natural materials such as marble and wood. Kitchen cabinets incorporate glass, echoing the garden cases downstairs, and floor-to-ceiling windows maximise sight lines and ensure each home is bathed in natural light.

Swimming pool

Combining an idyllic escape with a serious facility for dedicated swimmers, the exquisitely designed open-air pool offers three lanes of 25-metre athletic-standard swimming set in a sublime natural landscape.

Wardian cases

Large glass cases filled with trees and plants, which can be entered and explored, can be found throughout the development. The double-height, conservatory-style gardens are reminiscent of the glasshouses found at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.
