If you’ve already ticked marathons, triathlons and Tough Mudders off your bucket list, try the new beach-based obstacle course series Extreme Amphibirun.

Created in partnership with Amphibirun and adventure sports brand Extreme, each 10km course will be set in a UK coastal location, and feature 25 obstacle challenges, throughout which competitors must run, climb, leap, slide and crawl. The first event will take place on 22 June in Worthing, West Sussex.
