McLaren is currently enjoying success on the F1 track with its two hot-shoe drivers, Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, but the ‘race on Sunday, sell on Monday’ mantra needs new models to tempt buyers through the doors. The 750S is the latest evolution of its mid-engined V8 supercar, determined to do just that. With this car, the goal was to improve the already excellent 720S, making it more responsive, and to add a little more emotion and raw edge. It achieves a power-weight ratio of 587PS-per-tonnes and will reach 62mph in just 2.8 seconds. Launched for the first time in both coupe and convertible “spider” models, you may want to go topless to hear the soundtrack from the twin-turbo V8 engine that has also been improved.
