Sing Gin Cherry Smash

Sing Gin Cherry Smash

What would summer be without a gin and tonic or collins cocktail? If you’re looking forward to some refreshers in the sun, Sing Gin has a selection of delicious cocktail recommendations to try. Unusually, Sing Gin is crafted from grapes rather than grain, which gives it a superbly smooth finish that’s perfect for these fruity cocktails. The spirit, which hails from a family-run distillery in the Yorkshire Dales, is steeped with seven natural botanicals including juniper, mint, orange peel and local flax.

Sing Gin co-owner Richard Thompson, says, ‘These cocktails are the perfect blend of Sing Gin, delicate fruits and herbs; a selection of perfect summer drinks that suit everyone’s tastes. The Floradora is probably the least well-known on the list, despite it being a classic gin cocktail. The mix of gin and sweet raspberry syrup is perfectly balanced with a splash of ginger ale. It is sure to be a hit with those who try it.’

Sing Gin is £38.50 a bottle; singgin.com
