Indian grill pioneer Cinnamon Kitchen (sibling of The Cinnamon Club) turns 15 this year. One of the first to bring the theatre of live cooking to London, the restaurant, founded by acclaimed chef Vivek Singh and headed up by Raju Ramachandran, has filled the year with exciting menus, supper clubs and collaborations to mark the occasion.
