Bulgari’s disctinctive Octo gets a bold new look for the watchmaker’s latest collaboration with Harrods

With its record-breaking Octo Finissimo line, Bulgari continues to reinforce its position as a modern pioneer in haute horology. The Octo Finissimo Automatic is a testament to this, combining distinctive design with innovative watchmaking, showcased in its ultra-thin movement.

Celebrating its ongoing partnership with Harrods, Bulgari is releasing a special, skeletonised version featuring highlights in the famous department store’s signature green. The Octo Finissimo Automatic is the first watch on the market to be made entirely with ceramic, from its trademark curved, octagonal bezel right down to the buckle, here presented in a sleek and modern black iteration. For the first time in the Octo line, the watch combines both a semi-polished case and bracelet.

‘This is a brand new design with two distinct finishes giving the watch a new aesthetic, as the matt black and polished black finishing creates two entirely different colours,’ says Fabrizio Buonamassa Stigliani, Bulgari’s product creation executive director. ‘This better shows the complexity of the Octo surfaces, which underpins the look of this contemporary watch.’

This special watch, limited to just 12 pieces and engraved with ‘London Limited Edition’ on the case back, will be available exclusively at Harrods for four weeks from September.
