Forty years after it was founded as a haberdasher, Drake’s has opened its newly renovated store on Clifford Street, and that’s not the only way it’s celebrating its anniversary.

The luxury menswear brand has launched made-to-order shirts, meticulously handcrafted in Somerset and featuring single-needle stitching, ethically sourced mother-of-pearl and horn buttons and hand-lined collars and cuffs.

What’s more, the company has also launched a range of handcrafted, made-to-order ties, which are cut in customers’ preferred cloth, and choice of lengths, crafted from individual master patterns graded to the appropriate length so the knot is neither too wide nor too narrow.

Made-to-order ties from £175 and shirts from £195; drakes.com
